If a family of 4 applies for green cards after July 29th, the filing fees will be approx. $12,000 (approx. $3,000 each)!

Please contact us if you would like us to prepare and file any immigration applications before the USCIS filing fees go up dramatically.

Randall Speaking at AILA Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida June 12-16 on Waivers of Unlawful Presence

Randall will be speaking (& the discussion leader of the 4 person panel) at the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. The conference is June 13-16th at the Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The topic Randall will be speaking on with 3 of the national experts on the issue is Unlawful Presence and Waivers of Unlawful Presence.

If someone has been unlawfully present in the U.S. for more than 180 days, they are barred from entering the U.S. for 3 years if they leave the U.S. and are also ineligible for most U.S. immigration benefits and green cards. If someone is unlawfully present in the U.S. for more than 1 year, it is a 10-year bar to re-entry into the U.S..

Randall's panel will be talking to other immigration attorneys about how to successfully file waivers of the unlawful presence ground of inadmissibility and bars to re-entry.

Randall will be happy to talk to any interested persons about the unlawful presence waiver process once he returns to San Francisco on June 18th.
